Eugene Family Scoop - Weekday Edition (March 2-5, 2026)

Hi Friends!

Somehow March is here already! I'm sending this newsletter a bit early since it's my birthday this week — and birthdays hit different as a parent, don't they? My dream gift this year? A clean house, uninterrupted sleep, and a bit of alone time. But honestly, if I actually had alone time, I'm not even sure what I'd do with it anymore.

Which got me thinking: should I do a special feature on Parents' Night Out or Parents' Day Away? Date night ideas, solo recharge activities, things to do when you finally get a break — would that be helpful? Respond to this email and let me know if you'd find it useful!

1. Spring gardening class registration at Parker Learning Gardens closes Wednesday, March 4!
2. We discovered some amazing new music classes for babies and toddlers at Pavilanis School of Music (seats fill up fast!)
3. For parents — the Night of Hope DISCO Gala is March 13 to support Parenting Now's work with families.
